EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
ESPN 850 WKNR and Cleveland's AM 1540 KNR2 are seeking an Executive Assistant to be a part of our winning team.
Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
- Writing and creating proposals
- Earned media pieces
- Arbitron/Scarborough research
- Sales list organization
- Corporate communication
- Attending sports games and providing client hospitality
- Attending station and community related events
- Training manual organization and upkeep
- New employee/intern orientation
- Office organization
- Web/text messaging specialist
- Scheduling
- Conducting meeting and interviews
- Identifying non-traditional revenue opportunities
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills and excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. All employees are expected to bring a positive attitude to the work place and be cheerful, cooperative and productive and to perform other such duties as may be required for the efficient operations of the stations. In addition, candidates must have proficiency with a variety of computer programs.
